The Student Society of Real Estate is a student-founded organization that works in coordination with the Real Estate Department at the University of Texas at Arlington to organize, educate, encourage, and assist students with future careers in real estate.

In keeping with the mission of The University of Texas at Arlington to provide lifelong learning opportunities, the Department of Finance and Real Estate offers a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development. It is designed to provide qualified real estate professionals advanced instruction in real estate development and allow them to further their professional development.
